After completing this 8 week program, you’ll have the tools to support your child’s regulation and confidence at the table, helping them grow into connected, calm, and curious eaters. Each week you will receive coaching in my Learn, Apply, Play coaching method: 

  • Learn. Understand what’s happening in your child’s brain and body, and discover simple, research-based techniques you can start using right away.

  • Apply. Put learning into action with tested strategies and gentle exposures that increase your child’s comfort with a variety of foods.

  • Play. Strengthen your bond and lower food-related anxiety through fun, connection-building activities provided each week.

Step 1

Foundations For Calm, Connected and Curious Eating

We will explore your child's sensory regulation needs, routines, and environment to set you up for success in trying new foods.

Step 2

Food Chaining and All the Ways to "Try" New Foods

You’ll learn gentle, proven techniques like food chaining and graded exposure, the “just right challenge,” to help your child explore new flavors without fear or pressure.

Step 3

A Lifetime of Calm, Connected, and Curious Eating

Finally, I'll equip you with tools to handle set backs and we’ll make sure everyone in your “village” is on the same page, keeping mealtimes positive, consistent, and supportive—so your child’s progress sticks for the long term.

What is included?

Self-Paced Course

Access to research based modules taught to you from a feeding therapist on how to help your child try new foods. Each lesson includes fun activities to enjoy with your child.

Small Group Coaching

8 weekly small group coaching calls with your coach and other parents to learn, encourage one another, and ask questions about how you can help your child in their food journey.

Supportive Community

8 weeks of access to private community to ask questions and learn from one another.
